Features:
What You Get With This Pack
Fifty 60x90cm pads, each built with five absorbency layers designed to keep bedding dry through the night and protect the mattress from damage. The 60x90cm size gives full coverage for a UK single bed sleeping zone and reliable central protection on a double bed. The SAP core absorbs up to 1,500ml per pad — enough to contain a full overnight void without leaking or pooling back through to the surface.
The sealed four-side construction means liquid stays contained even when the pad is compressed under body weight. The non-slip PE film base holds the pad firmly on the mattress without tucking, sliding, or requiring a waterproof overlay below.
When a Pack of 50 Makes Sense
For families who are new to TBM or are building a routine, 50 pads is a sensible starting point. It lasts long enough to properly evaluate the product in real daily use — overnight, with a regular user — before deciding whether to move to a pack of 100 for better value per pad, or a double pack of 200 for the lowest cost per pad and fewest reorders.
For those managing lighter or occasional incontinence, or using pads alongside other protection, a pack of 50 may also cover more than a month’s use.
VAT Relief and Who Qualifies
Customers who are chronically ill or disabled can claim VAT relief on TBM bed pads, saving 20% at checkout. VAT is removed automatically when you complete the online declaration — there is no separate form or phone call required. Read our VAT relief guide for full eligibility details. For authoritative guidance on what qualifies, see GOV.UK VAT relief for disabled customers.
Caring for Someone at Home?
Many of the families buying this pack are supporting an elderly parent or relative at home — often for the first time. If that’s your situation, our complete guide to elderly bedding protection covers practical topics like how to layer pads for heavy overnight use, how often to change them, and how to maintain skin health. The NHS incontinence advice page is also a helpful starting point for understanding the condition.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 60x90cm pack of 50 enough for a month?
For someone using one pad per night — a common pattern for overnight incontinence management — a pack of 50 will last approximately seven weeks. For daytime use as well, with one pad change during the day and one overnight, a pack of 50 covers about three and a half weeks. For continuous daily use, consider the pack of 100 to avoid mid-month reorders.
How does the 60x90cm compare to the 60x60cm size?
The 60x90cm pad is significantly larger — 90cm in length versus 60cm — giving better coverage for taller users and superior overnight protection on a standard UK single bed. The 60x60cm pad is better suited to daytime use, chair protection, and lighter incontinence management. Both sizes have the same 1,500ml absorbency and 5-layer construction.
Does this pack qualify for VAT relief?
Yes. TBM 60x90cm bed pads are VAT exempt for eligible customers. VAT is removed at checkout when you complete the VAT declaration online.
What is the delivery time for this product?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Free standard delivery typically arrives within 1–2 working days across mainland UK.
